§ 35.18 WATER TREATMENT PLANT FUND.
   (A)   A Water Treatment Plant Fund will be useful and appropriate in assisting the Village Fiscal Officer in accounting and budgetary matters.
   (B)   A Water Treatment Plant Fund is hereby created for allocation of moneys received from OWDA VCIC Fund.
   (C)   Water Treatment Plant Fund will be used for the engineering purposes for a water treatment plant and the construction of a water treatment plant.
