(A) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to establish an Agency Fund to handle all fees to be collected and remitted to the State of Ohio pursuant to R.C. § 3781.102.
(B) An amount equal to 3% of all building standards fees collected by the village pursuant to R.C. § 3781.102(F) shall be remitted to the state through this Fund by the Fiscal Officer on a monthly basis.
(C) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized from time to time to appropriately adjust the percentage remitted to the state to maintain compliance with state law in the event of a change in the 3% assessment rule.
