§ 112.03 PERMIT REQUIRED; INFORMATION; FEE; DISPLAY.
   (A)   No person shall conduct a home sale within the village without first obtaining a permit from the Mayor or other duly appointed issuing authority.
   (B)   The Village Fiscal Officer shall provide permits for home sales. Such permits shall include the name of the applicant (who shall be a resident of the village), the date of the sale and the duration of the sale.
   (C)   The Mayor and/or the Fiscal Officer shall approve a proper permit application and shall regulate the hours of the home sale authorized by the permit issued to the resident applicant.
   (D)   The Mayor and/or the Fiscal Officer shall charge a fee of $1 to the applicant for the permit.
   (E)   Every permit for conducting a home sale shall be posted in a prominent place upon the licensed premises. The permit holder shall exhibit the permit upon request.
