§ 98.14 BURIALS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall inter any dead body within the village.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the County Health Officer to disinter any dead body buried within the limits of the village and to remove the dead body outside of the limits of the village.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
