§ 97.30 WINDOW OBSTRUCTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall use screens, window blinds, curtains, painted or stained glass windows or any other kind of obstruction in any place where intoxicating liquors are sold at retail so as to prevent a full inspection of such places from the public street or highway.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
