§ 34.11 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES; VILLAGE EMPLOYEE AND POLICY BOARD.

   (A)   Council shall promulgate policies and procedures governing full-time employees, part-time employees and village officials in regard to the following:

      (1)   Pay periods;

      (2)   Work week;

      (3)   Scheduling of work;

      (4)   Reporting of time worked;

      (5)   Record keeping;

      (6)   Overtime;

      (7)   Annual date of review; and

      (8)   Any other item or area which is necessary and proper in regard to the employees of the village.

   (B)   For the purposes of this section, the Mayor shall appoint three members of Council and each department head (i.e., Police, Fire, Service and Street, and Water and Sewer) to serve as a Village Employee and Policy Board and as such to establish policies in accordance with this section and to arbitrate any village/employee problems, subject to the approval of Council.
