§ 34.10 ANNUAL REVIEW OF SALARY SCHEDULE AND BENEFITS.
   (A)   Starting rate shall be determined by Council when a new employee is hired. All salaries and wages are merit based and will only be increased once a year with positive evaluations by the immediate supervisor, and upon review and approval of Council.
   (B)   Evaluations shall be performed by September 1 or annually based on employee’s start date. After maximum wage is reached for any given position, raises shall be at Council’s discretion. Salary scale may be re-evaluated by Council.
