§ 90.20 REMOVING ANIMAL FECES FROM PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person, being the owner of any dog or other animal, or harboring or having charge or control of the same, shall permit such dog or other animal to defecate on public or private property.
   (B)   Any person, being the owner of any dog or other animal that defecates on public or private property, or harboring or having charge or control of the same, shall remove or cause to be removed, without delay, such excreta and dispose of the same in a safe place.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
