(A) It is hereby determined that the following streets are unsuitable for truck travel in the village, due to their width, access, neighborhood and safety needs.
(1) Western Drive.
(2) Court Street.
(3) West Oak Street.
(B) The Village Administrator and the Village Police Chief are hereby authorized to erect signs prohibiting trucks over five tons in weight from traveling on or parking on these streets.
(C) No person shall operate or park a truck over five tons in weight on Western Drive, Court Street or West Oak Street in the village.
(D) Whoever violates division (C) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
