§ 31.116 DUTIES; SUPERVISION.
   The duties of the Village Billing Clerk shall the performance of general administrative and clerical tasks for the Village Water and Sewer Department, including, but not limited to, preparation of utility bills, collection of utility payments and establishment and maintenance of utility accounts, as well as various other duties necessary to maintain the general health, public welfare and good order of the village which may be determined by the village and/or may be included in a position description adopted by the village. The Village Utility Billing Clerk shall be subordinate to the Village Administrator and perform such duties as directed by the Village Administrator, or the Mayor in the absence of a Village Administrator.
