§ 31.096 CREATION OF POSITION OF ASSISTANT VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.
   The position of Assistant Village Administrator is hereby created, who shall be under the general supervision and control of the Village Administrator, and who shall perform any and all functions of the Village Administrator that the Village Administrator may from time to time delegate to him or her.
