§ 31.048 COMBINATION OF OFFICES.
   (A)   The Council for the village hereby creates and establishes the appointed office of Village Fiscal Officer.
   (B)   The Village Fiscal Officer shall perform all duties provided by law for the Clerk and Treasurer, previously performed by the Village Clerk-Treasurer, including but not limited to: keeping the books of the village; exhibiting accurate statements of all moneys received and expended, of all the property owned by the village and the income derived therefrom, and of all taxes and assessments; attend all meetings of Council and keep a record of its proceedings and of all rules, bylaws, resolutions and ordinances passed or adopted; attend necessary training programs; and any other duties consistent with the nature of the office as provided for by ordinance approved by Council for the village.
