(A) Council hereby authorizes the Village Fiscal Officer, upon presentation of proper documentation to such Fiscal Officer, to pay all proper expenses incurred by the Preble County jail, or any other penal institution, in sustaining any prisoner incarcerated for a violation of an ordinance or resolution enacted by the village.
(B) This section is being enacted to ensure compliance with R.C. §§ 753.02 and 1905.35.
