§ 31.045 DUTIES; COMPENSATION.
   The Village Fiscal Officer shall have all rights, duties and authorities granted to such position by the laws of the state and by Council. The salary of the Village Fiscal Officer shall be fixed at a rate established from time to time by Council and paid from the General Fund
