(A) A West Alexandria Storm Sewer Fund is hereby created for allocation of moneys received under special grant applications, including Issue Two moneys and/or other revenue sources at the future budgetary direction of Council.
(B) The Village Fiscal Officer may notify the Ohio State Auditor’s office regarding the creation of this Fund, and an appropriate accounting number for this Fund will be given by the Village Fiscal Officer, the County Auditor and/or the State Auditor.
(C) The Storm Sewer Fund shall be used for the construction, repair and maintenance of storm sewers.
