(A) Rate:
Rate: $41.76 Base Rate + $6.96 for every 1,000 gallons used, or part thereof |
(B) However, where water not requiring treatment is used by the owner of property located within the corporate limits and such water is not discharged into the sanitary sewer system, upon application made by such user to the Village Administrator, the Village Administrator may authorize the installation of a separate meter to measure and charge for the water so used without adding the sewage system charge. Such installation shall be made solely at the expense of the applicant property owner.
(C) Procedurally, customers shall be invoiced on monthly basis, with the meters to be read monthly, but may be estimated by the village when deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond the village’s control.
