(A) (1) The following monthly rates shall be charged by the village for furnishing water system services, based upon metered water consumption, or as otherwise furnished to each individual premises:
(a) All users shall be charged a monthly base rate in the amount of $29.69.
(b) An additional surcharge of $3.36 shall be charged for every 1,000 gallons used, or part
thereof, above 3500 gallons.
(2) The foregoing minimum water rates shall apply to all owners of improved property within the corporate limits for which water services is available.
(B) Procedurally, customers shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, with the meters to be read monthly, but may be estimated by the village when deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond the village’s control.
(C) Customers outside the village limits shall pay an additional percentage rate over and above customers inside the village based on other ordinance(s).
