§ 51.06 CLASSIFICATIONS; SERVICE CHANGE.
   (A)   Classifications are determined by the billing collection agent. Customers’ classifications can be renegotiated upon written request to the billing collection agent; such request shall state the reason for any change in service. The billing collection agent shall be the Utility Billing Clerk.
   (B)   Classification changes. Classification changes include: changes in size or number of rear or front loaders; number of pick-ups per week; special requests for service; or for any other changes in service.
   (C)   Cases of dispute. In cases of dispute that the billing agent cannot resolve, the matter will be referred to the Village Administrator (or the next higher authority) for resolution. The Village Administrator (or next higher authority) will be the final arbitrator.
