Charges for collection of refuse, garbage, trash or other waste shall be as follows:
(A) Class 1 Residential.
(1) Shall include all single family, duplexes and multi-family dwellings. Each unit shall be assessed a separate amount. Properties in this classification must be used exclusively for residential purposes. The monthly charge shall be $25 for one wastewheeler for each residential unit. Each additional wastewheeler shall be $5 per month.
(2) For health, safety and aesthetic benefits to the citizens of the village, owners of two-family, multi-family, or other residential dwelling complexes larger than single family dwellings, may be required to appropriately pool their refuse, garbage, trash or other wastes into dumpsters and be billed under Class B business a one pooled rental business.
(B) Wastewheelers. Charges for additional wastewheelers shall be an additional $5 per month charge with one pickup per week.
(D) Class 2 Business. Shall include all commercial, industrial, professional, nonprofit, business/residential dwelling, or any combination thereof. The monthly rate shall be according to the following schedule:
