The village hereby sets forth the following time periods during which village residents may set out or place refuse and solid waste for collection.
(A) It shall be the duty of the owner, occupant or person in charge of the premises to place or cause to be placed any refuse or solid waste for collection, in container(s) approved by the village, after 6:00 a.m. on the day preceding the day of collection and before 6:00 a.m. on the day of collection or during any other prescribed times as may be scheduled by Council.
(B) Any refuse or solid waste, or the waste wheeler or other container(s) containing such refuse or solid waste, that is set out after 6:00 a.m. on the day of collection, may be subject to being declared as non-collectible.
(C) In the event that any such refuse or solid waste is declared as non-collectible by the village and if it is not collected by the contractor, it shall be the responsibility of the owner, occupant or person in charge of the premises to remove any such waste or container from the curb or adjacent roadway no later than midday on the day following the day of collection.
(D) In any event, the wastewheeler or other container(s) shall be removed from the curb or adjacent roadway no later than midday on the day following the day of collection.
(E) No owner, occupant or person in charge of the premises shall allow refuse or solid waste, or the wastewheeler or other container(s) containing or potentially containing such refuse or solid waste, to be in the area of the curb or adjacent roadway other than from 6:00 a.m. on the day preceding the day of collection and midday on the day following the day of collection.
