§ 50.02 WATER, SEWER AND TRASH BILLS.
   (A)   All billing for water, sewer and trash service shall be sent to the owner of record for all properties serviced.
   (B)   Owners shall be responsible for the payment of the billing by the due date.
   (C)   Owners are subject to all applicable rules and regulations, by-laws, ordinances and state laws governing the collection of water, sewer and trash bills.
