§ 37.08 INVALIDITY OF ACTIONS.
   No action taken by a public body at a public meeting regulated herein shall be invalid merely because of a technical defect, error or failure of the public body, the Village Fiscal Officer, or any other village official in complying with the terms of this chapter or any other applicable law.
