Since regular meetings of Council are scheduled by law, the schedule of which is obtainable by review of public records and/or regular attendance at the meetings, and since every regular meeting of Council is open to the entire universe of all specific types of public business that can come before a Village Council, any person or news media organization interested in a specific type of public business that can come before a Village Council is expected to come to all regular meetings of Council. Since regular meetings of Council are not otherwise regulated by this chapter, this chapter constitutes advance notification to all persons and news media organizations of the universe of all specific types of public business that can come before a Village Council may come before it at any regular meeting of Council.
