§ 37.05 ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC.
   Any person that desires to be given advance notification of a public meeting regulated herein in which any specific type of public business is to be discussed, shall file with the Village Fiscal Officer a written request thereof that specifies the name or names of the public body that is subject to the request, as well as the name, address and telephone number of the requestor to whom oral and/or written notification can be mailed, delivered, otherwise transmitted, or given. Any such request shall be effective for a period of three months from the date of filing with the Village Fiscal Officer. The Village Fiscal Officer should give such oral notification or written notification or both as the official determines to said requesting person as soon as practical, and except for emergency meetings of Council, at least 24 hours in advance of the public meeting.
