Upon receipt of a “Notice of Public Meeting,” the Village Fiscal Officer shall post a copy of the notice in at least three but not more than five public locations in the village as Council may from time to time establish by motion for the notice purposes. A village internet website may be designated by Council as one of the public locations. The notices should be posted as soon as practical for public awareness, and except for emergency meetings of Council, at least 24 hours in advance of the public meeting. Citizens interested in attending public meetings regulated herein have a duty to daily monitor the postings for the notice information contained on the postings.
