§ 37.02 CALLING AND SCHEDULING OF PUBLIC MEETINGS.
   (A)   All public meetings regulated by this chapter should be called and scheduled in accordance with other applicable law. After a public meeting is called and scheduled, the official or public body calling and scheduling the meeting shall deliver to the Village Fiscal Officer a “Notice of Public Meeting” containing the following information:
      (1)   The name of the public body that is scheduled to meet;
      (2)   The date, time and location of the meeting; and
      (3)   An agenda for the meeting which may include a general purpose statement of “any other business as may properly come before such municipal body”, except that the agenda requirement is waived for regularly scheduled meetings.
   (B)   Members of the public body that has been scheduled to meet shall be notified in accordance with other applicable law or shall waive notice or attend the scheduled meeting.
