§ 37.01 DEFINITION.

   This chapter regulates all public meetings of the Village of West Alexandria, except regular meetings of Council. Included, but not exclusive of other meetings, are the following:

   (A)   Special meetings of Council;

   (B)   Emergency meetings of Council;

   (C)   Committee meetings of Council; and

   (D)   Meetings of other public bodies such as a Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Recreation Board, Board of Park Trustees, Board of Library Trustees or any other public body that Council may from time to time create or that may be created or exist by law.
