(A) Nothing in these rules and regulations prohibits the legislative authority of West Alexandria, or the Tax Administrator pursuant to authority granted to the Tax Administrator by resolution or ordinance, to adopt rules to administer an income tax imposed by West Alexandria in accordance with these rules and regulations. Such rules shall not conflict with or be inconsistent with any provision of these rules and regulations. Taxpayers are hereby required to comply with the rules and regulations as they are required to comply with West Alexandria’s income tax ordinance.
(B) All rules adopted under this section shall be published and posted on the internet.
