(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the municipality the Ohio Fire Code (OFC), the 1998 edition, as adopted by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire Marshal, and as published in Chapter 1301:7-7 of the Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C.).
(B) The BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, 1996, tenth edition, as amended by O.A.C. 1301:7-7-01 to 1301:7-7-07, as published by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., is incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length.
