§ 94.05 INTERFERING WITH VILLAGE OPERATIONS.
   No person shall prevent, delay or interfere with the village or any of its agents while such agents are engaging in and about the planting, pruning, spraying or removal of any tree on public or private grounds as authorized in this chapter.
