(A) The street and gutter specifications set forth in Ordinance 348, passed November 4, 1968, copies of which are on file in the Municipal Building, are guidelines only and not all-inclusive. The Village Engineer or the Village Administrator, when designated as the agent of Council, is hereby authorized to clarify and expand such specifications as deemed necessary in the interest of guaranteeing satisfactory construction.
(B) All construction work and material shall be similar to, and in close conformance with, the requirements of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications, the January 1, 1973 edition.
(C) Drawings prepared by the Village Engineer or other designated persons, when approved by Council, shall be considered a part of the specifications set forth in Ordinance 348 and shall be complied with.
