(A) No person owning or having charge of land within the village shall fail to keep such property free and clear from all noxious weeds and rank vegetation, nor fail to cut all such weeds and vegetation on the lots owned or controlled by him or her at least six times every year, once between April 15 and May 15, once between May 15 and June 15, once between June 15 and July 15, once between July 15 and August 15, once between August 15 and September 15, and once between September 15 and October 15.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
