§ 91.07 NOISE FROM ENTERTAINMENT PLACES.
   (A)   No person owning, leasing or controlling the operation of a place used for entertainment shall knowingly, negligently, purposely or recklessly permit the imposition or continuation of a sound pressure (noise) level exceeding 85 dB(A) on any member of the audience or patrons by a person engaged or employed by the owner, lessee or person in control.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The penalty shall be as provided in § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
