(A) The Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Village of West Alexandria, an agreement with a Regional Council of Governments for the administration and collection of the Village of West Alexandria’s income tax effective July 1, 2021.
(B) Pursuant to the agreement, the Village of West Alexandria Mayor is hereby approved as representative to the Council of Governments and the Fiscal Officer of the Village of West Alexandria be and hereby is designated as alternate to the Council of Governments.
