§ 154.582 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The Zoning Inspector is authorized to make inspections of buildings and premises located within the Village of West Alexandria for purposes of enforcing the provisions of these zoning regulations. For the purpose of making such inspections, and upon showing appropriate identification, the Zoning Inspector is hereby authorized to examine and survey all premises at any reasonable hour.
   (B)   Prior to seeking entry to a property for purposes of making inspections necessary to enforce the provisions of these zoning regulations, the Zoning Inspector or designate thereof shall attempt to obtain the owner’s or occupant’s permission to inspect. If such permission is denied or is unable to be obtained, the enforcement office shall request assistance from the Law Director in securing a valid search warrant.
