§ 154.550 APPLICATION FOR SIGN PERMIT.
   Before any permit is granted for the erection of a sign or outdoor display structure, an application, together with plans and specifications, shall be filed with the Building Official. Such plans and specifications shall show the dimensions, materials and required details of construction, including loads, stresses and anchorage. The application shall be accompanied by the written consent of the owner and/or lessee of the premises upon which the sign is to be erected.
