§ 154.548 SIGNS ON UNDEVELOPED PROPERTY.
   No sign shall be permitted on any lot within the village that is not occupied by a building, except the following.
   (A)   Permitted signs. Real estate, construction and political advertising signs may be established on any undeveloped lot.
   (B)   Size of signs. The total area of all permitted signs on an undeveloped lot shall not exceed 32 square feet.
