§ 154.518 USE OF PARKING AREAS.
   (A)   Other uses within required parking areas.
      (1)   No motor vehicle repair work or service of any kind, except emergency repairs, shall be permitted in or associated with any off-street parking area.
      (2)   Temporary display or sales of any merchandise within any parking area may be permitted only insofar as it is permitted within the zoning district and does not occupy more than 25% of the required parking area.
   (B)   Joint use of facilities.
      (1)   Two or more nonresidential uses may jointly provide and use parking spaces when their hours of operation do not normally overlap, provided that such an arrangement is provided within the deeds or other written legal documents approved by the Village Planning Commission.
      (2)   Parking spaces authorized for joint use shall be located within 200 feet of each use for which they are intended to serve.
   (C)   Collective parking areas. Two or more nonresidential uses may collectively provide the required off-street parking area, provided the required number of parking spaces shall not be less than the sum of the requirements for the individual uses computed separately, unless division (B) of this section is followed.
