(A) Required ground floor access. Separate direct access to a ground floor entrance must be provided for all dwelling units.
(B) Satellite parking lots. When more than four units are created, parking spaces in accordance with these zoning regulations shall be provided. However, parking may be provided by a satellite parking lot.
(C) Minimum number of units. A minimum of four dwelling units shall be developed at a time to form a unified cluster.
(D) Required open space. Open space shall be provided in conjunction with these developments so that the overall density (or minimum lot size) standards for the district are not exceeded.
