§ 154.462 BUILDINGS ACCESSORY TO DWELLINGS.
   (A)   Prohibited in required side yard or front yard. In any residential district, no garage or other accessory building shall be erected within any required side yard or front yard.
   (B)   Placement in rear yard. When located at least 60 feet from the front property line and completely to the rear of the main dwelling, the accessory building may be erected not less than three feet from the side or rear lot lines nor less than ten feet from the main building, provided that when access to a garage is from an alley, such garage shall be located not less than ten feet from the alley.
   (C)   Required attachment to dwelling. When located less than 60 feet from the front property line and not completely to the rear of the dwelling, garages shall be constructed as a part of the main building or connected thereto by a covered breezeway.
   (D)   Maximum height. No detached accessory building in a R-1A, R-1B, R-2, R-3, or B-2 zoning district shall exceed one story or 14 feet in height.
