§ 154.456 SEPTIC TANKS OR WELLS.
   (A)   Areas with public sewer. Any residential construction utilizing wells and public sewer shall be situated on a lot having a minimum site area of one-half acre.
   (B)   Areas without public sewer. Any residential construction utilizing septic tanks shall be situated on a lot having a minimum site area of one acre.
