§ 154.454 PROJECTIONS INTO REQUIRED YARDS.
   (A)   Projections into side yards. Chimneys, flues, sills, pilasters, cornices, eaves, gutters and other similar features may project into a required side yard a maximum of 12 inches.
   (B)   Projections into front yards. Porches and steps may project into the front yard of a dwelling unit no further than 15 feet, and no other structural projections will be permitted.
