(A) Principal buildings per lot. No more than one principal building or structure may be constructed upon any one lot for the purposes of these zoning regulations. The construction of more than one principal building or structure upon any one lot shall require the approval of a variance from the Village Planning Commission or an approved Planned Unit Development.
(B) Principal building area lot coverage. Principal building area coverage per lot shall be set by other existing village ordinance(s).
