(A) General applicability of standards. The supplementary regulations set forth in this chapter shall apply to all zoning districts unless otherwise specifically modified by the standards of a particular zoning district. In any event, the more restrictive standards shall apply.
(B) Use standards. The supplementary regulations set forth in this chapter for specific uses are applicable to the specified use or uses identified in each particular section, regardless of which zoning district such use is located or to be located.
