(A) The provisions of the Flood Plain Overlay District shall be applicable to all areas located within its boundaries and shall be supplemental to those of any underlying zoning district.
(B) In the event of any conflict between a requirement of the Flood Plain Overlay District and a requirement of the underlying zoning district, the more restrictive requirement shall apply.
(C) Uses requiring structures or fill shall be permitted only after full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 153 - Flood Damage Prevention Regulations of this code of ordinances, as adopted and amended.
