This district is established to provide opportunities in the Village of West Alexandria for innovative developments that do not lend themselves to the traditional development standards and provide a flexible process to review these proposals while ensuring their compatibility with existing proposed developments. This district encourages light and general industrial uses in an industrial park environment with compatibility with surrounding uses.
