§ 154.301 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.
   The following principal uses are permitted in R-3 Multi-Family Residential Districts.
   (A)   Boarding houses as regulated in § 154.473.
   (B)   Churches.
   (C)   Multi-family dwellings.
   (D)   Single-family dwellings.
   (E)   Temporary uses as regulated in § 154.460.
   (F)   Three-family dwellings.
   (G)   Two-family dwellings.
