§ 154.210 ADOPTION OF DISTRICT BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   Pursuant to R.C. 4301.81, a “revitalization district” is hereby created for the Village of West Alexandria.
   (B)   (1)   The geographic boundaries of the district shall coincide with the village’s current B-3 Central Business District (per the Village’s Zoning Map and Zoning Code).
      (2)   A copy of a map displaying the revitalization district is attached as Exhibit “A” to Ordinance 768, passed April 18, 2011.
