§ 154.144 ACTION BY VILLAGE COUNCIL.
   Within 30 days after the required public hearing, the Village Council shall either adopt or deny the recommendation of the Village Planning Commission or adopt some modification thereof. In the event the Village Council approves an amendment that the Village Planning Commission has recommended not to approve or modifies the recommendation of the Village Planning Commission, a three-fourths vote of the Village Council shall be required.
