§ 154.143 NOTICE OF VILLAGE COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   Notice of the required public hearing shall be given by the Village Council by at least one publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the village.
   (B)   The notice shall be published at least 30 days before the date of the required hearing.
